Exchange & Refund Policy
Here at Blade & Rose customer care is paramount. We are happy to exchange or refund (excluding the postage). Returns will only be accepted if in the original packaging within 14 Days of purchase in condition for resale.
If the item you have received is faulty or we have made a mistake please also email firstname.lastname@example.org
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Return Policy- You may send products back to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. The item/s must be unworn in the plastic bag with the tags in place.
