Amazing customer service
I have to say that I love the blade and rose clothing range and I have probably bought most of it over the past 5 years to clothe my two children. The clothes are good quality and I love the bright designs - makes a change from some of the beige stuff in the high street stores.
I have also been really impressed with their customer service. Royal Mail returned my order after I didn't include my full address and it was posted out again to me at no extra cost. After that baby brain moment, when I received the parcel, I had accidently ordered the wrong sizing for one of the items and it was no trouble at all to exchange it. Thank you so much -lovely clothing range and lovely people.
