Product FAQs

Are these toys safe for newborns and infants?

Absolutely. We prioritize safety and quality across all our products. Our plush toys and comfort blankets are designed with little ones in mind, using soft, child-friendly materials. We recommend checking individual product pages for specific age-suitability ratings, but many of our comfort blankets and soft toys are perfect for soothing and snuggling from birth.
Can the soft toys be washed if they get messy?

Yes, we know that these toys go everywhere with your little explorer! To keep them clean and cuddly, we recommend surface-washing them gently with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap. For items like our comfort blankets, please check the care label - often, a gentle hand wash or a cool, delicate machine wash inside a laundry bag is best to preserve their softness and shape.
Do your toys coordinate with the clothing collections?

They do! Many of our toys are designed as part of our signature collections (like The Gruffalo, Peter Rabbit, or our Highland Cow range). You’ll often find matching leggings, tops, and socks to complete the set. They make a fantastic addition to a gift set when you want to give something extra special.
