    Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned at the customers own expense. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are also able to exchange once the items have been received however this can take up to 7 working days to complete. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    This cheery red coat with our cheeky Highland Cow all over it is a must for any little explorer. This raincoat is also part of our recycled range so it not only looks good but it does good too.

      Love this raincoat!

      This raincoat is fab, it’s brightly coloured with reflective stripes on the arms so my child can be seen, it’s amazing quality and we love how the tractors and cows change colour in the rain. It takes us through every type of weather and we just love it!

      Love this raincoat!

      I bought this raincoat when my son was 3 and bought age 4-5 so he would have plenty of growing room. He’s 4 and a half now and still wears it and I hope he will for a while yet as it’s absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful quality, we love how the cows and tractors change colour in the rain and also importantly the reflective stripes on the arms too so he can be seen in the dark. I love how brightly coloured this coat is and I feel like I can always spot him when he’s playing across a busy playground.

      Amazing, Colorful , Bright RainCoat

      I love this raincoat. I had no choice but to buy a whole set for it all to match. Hat, booties, and raincoat.

      The quality and sizing is very roomy. I brought a 2-3years to get the most wear and it sure fits great. My son has more than enough room to grow in it being 11months. Honestly I’m obsessed with these prints that blade and rose has to offer. Vibrate and very fashionable just how a baby should look colourful.
