Celebrating all the wonderful women for International Women's Day

Here at Blade & Rose we are powered by an amazing team of wonderful people, many of which are women, and for International Women's Day this year we want to celebrate all those women, the varied range of skills they bring to the business, and the brilliant friendships we've built up over the years.

We are a close knit group headed up by founder, Amanda, who started Blade & Rose during her maternity leave 12 years ago, and saw a need for producing fun and colourful leggings that were also durable and functional. 

We are delighted to host and support a team of women here at our Blade & Rose head office, based in Kendal, Lake District, as well as a warehouse team made up of mostly women. It's important to us to offer equality in the workplace and support all the women we work with! 

Of course we couldn't do this if it wasn't for all the wonderful women that buy Blade & Rose and love the brand as much as we do.
