What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
UK £2.95, free for orders £30 or more International £12, free for orders £70 or more
How long will deliveries take?
UK: 48 hours Europe: 7-10 days International: 5 - 8 days Please allow more time during busy periods
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Very. All data is stored securely and protected by our payment processors, Sage.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will get a confirmation email, your order will be shipped out to the delivery address on the order.
My order is a gift and don't want them to see the prices?
When your finalising your order and entering your payment details. There will be a Customer Notes section. Type Gift Receipt / Packing Slip and we will sort out the rest
Not sure which is the best size for my baby?
If you are unsure, please check our Size Guide which is located at the Top and Bottom of the page. We have all measurements to help you choose the right size
I want to return some items from my order, what should I do?
Send us a email to firstname.lastname@example.org where someone will get back to you soon. Please quote your order number as it makes it easier to locate your order. Please allow time for us to reply to message during busy periods and after weekends.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes we do! Make sure you order one of our Pillow or Gift Boxes and we will wrap all items in tissue paper. If specific items are to be gift wrapped and others not. - Please leave a message in the Customer Notes section while finalising your order. You can find these in the Gift Boxes category under the Shop menu
How do I wash your products?
For our Leggings: Please do not wash these above 40 degrees. Do not Iron or Tumble Dry For our Tops : Please do not wash them above 30 degree. Don't Bleach, Tumble Dry and Dry Clean. Iron on the reverse and maximum temp of 110 degrees
Order Says Completed, What does this mean ?
This means we have printed your order from our website. It is now in the process of being picked and dispatched to yourself.
Where to send items to be returned / exchanged ?
